Within this role, Ben exclusively represents and advises buyers and sellers of student housing and conventional multifamily properties. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Ben worked with CBRE, IPA Development, American Campus Communities, and Asset Campus Housing. Throughout his career in real estate, Ben has worked on multifamily, student housing, historic, and institutional mixed-use real estate valued in excess of $4 billion.
Ben has received awards and distinctions from real estate organizations, such as CoStar, NAIOP, Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Crexi, and Marcus & Millichap.

Senior Director Investments
Within this role, Matt exclusively represents buyers and sellers of student housing properties throughout the Southeast and multifamily properties throughout the North/Central Florida markets. Prior to this role, Matt excelled as an Investment Associate/Multifamily Specialist with CBRE Capital Markets, and prior to that as a Financial Analyst with a leading multifamily brokerage team within Marcus & Millichap. Throughout his career, Prozzillo has been involved in and underwritten market rate and student housing multifamily assets valued in excess of $4 billion.
